ScoreCam accepts PNG, JPEG, and PDF for team logos, scoreboard branding, and Live Stream Replay images.

PDF is the best format if your logo was originally designed as vector art (in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Sketch, or similar). When you import a PDF, ScoreCam renders the first page at 2× the PDF’s declared size, which produces a cleaner and sharper stored image than if you exported a low-resolution PNG from your design tool. PDF also preserves the transparent background, so the team color shows through around the shape of the logo.

PNG is a great choice if your image already exists as a raster with transparency (for example, a logo you’ve prepared in Photoshop). Use the highest resolution you have — ScoreCam automatically resizes to appropriate dimensions for the scoreboard and branding slots.

JPEG works but does not support transparency, so the logo will appear on a rectangular background. Use JPEG only for full-frame branding images where a transparent background isn’t needed.

Recommended sizes: Square 1:1 for Logoboard and Hockeyboard team logos (about 256 × 256 px if raster). Landscape for Footboard team logos. For branding images, PDF or a large PNG works well.
