I am trying to use the Scoreboard Remote to connect to ScoreCam but nothing shows up in the list of devices. How do I fix this?

First, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices: device Settings -> Bluetooth -> ON. Also ensure both apps have Bluetooth permission: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Bluetooth -> enable ScoreCam and Scoreboard Remote.

ScoreCam connects to Scoreboard Remote using Multipeer Connectivity, which works over WiFi and Bluetooth. For the best experience, have both devices on the same WiFi network and with Bluetooth enabled.

If Scoreboard Remote is not appearing:

  1. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on both devices
  2. Confirm both devices are on the same WiFi network (or close together for Bluetooth range)
  3. Make sure both apps are updated to the latest version
  4. Try force-closing and relaunching both apps
  5. If still not connecting: uninstall both apps, restart both devices, and reinstall
