I am using YouTube to Live Stream. Is there a way to point my users to my current live stream or past live streams?

Yes, there are at least a couple options and depends on which version you are using for Live Streaming with YouTube.

If you are using YouTube Authentication you can point your users to your channel by copying and sending the URL of your channel by going to YouTube -> tap on the profile icon (at the top right of the page) -> tap on "Your Channel" (on the sidebar) -> then copying and sending the web page adress (URL; at the top of the webpage). NOTE: Users you send this URL to will have to click on your "Videos" section to view the live stream or past live streams. Make sure you video is public or the user subscribes your channel.

Another way to send users your live stream when using YouTube Authentication is through the ScoreCam app. Once ready to live stream, tap the "Set Up" button -> log into your YouTube account -> tap on the "Share" icon (right next to the "Go Live" button) -> then send your live stream link to whoever you want. NOTE: Make sure when you are setting up your Live Stream on the ScoreCam that the privacy setting (next to "Event Name" and above the "Go Live" button) is set to public or that the user subscribes to your channel.

If you are using YouTube Stream Now, you can point users to your latest live stream by following the steps above and sending users your channel URL. Another way to send users your live stream, as long as your Stream Key is the same, is thorugh YouTube. Once your live stream is connected, gto YouTube -> tap on the video icon (at the top right of the page near the profile icon) -> tap on "Go Live" -> tap on the "Share" button (top right of the page next to the profile icon) -> then copy and copy your YouTube link and share to whoever you want. NOTE: Make sure your privacy settings on the YouTube livestream are set to your desired setting.
