Scoreboard Remote connects to ScoreCam using Bluetooth (Multipeer Connectivity). No pairing code, Wi-Fi network, or internet connection is required. Both devices need iOS 13 or later.

Steps to connect:

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices — iOS Settings → Bluetooth → ON.
2. On the ScoreCam device, tap the Remote button (Wi-Fi icon) in the toolbar. The icon turns blue when ScoreCam is advertising and ready to connect.
3. On the Scoreboard Remote device, open the app and tap “Tap to Connect to ScoreCam.”
4. A list of nearby ScoreCam devices appears — tap the name of the device you want to connect to (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro (A2B3) or a custom name if one has been set).
5. The connection completes automatically — no action needed on the ScoreCam device.
