Update both ScoreCam and Scoreboard Remote to the latest version. This error came from an older connection method. The apps now connect over Bluetooth without any iOS pairing step, so it should not appear after updating.

If the error persists after updating:

• Go to iOS Settings, Bluetooth, and forget any old Scoreboard Remote or ScoreCam entries listed there.
• Force-quit both apps and reopen them.
• If it still occurs, reinstall both apps.
